- Service Workflow & Booking Structure
Nestvisitplan provides professional on-site home organization, decluttering, and spatial planning services tailored to residences across Germany and the European Union. Our workflow is structured to ensure operational clarity, consumer protection compliance, and secure transaction handling under applicable German and EU regulations.
Step 1: Request & Consultation Form
Clients submit a detailed inquiry via our online booking form, providing preliminary room measurements, spatial photos, and specific organizational requirements.
Step 2: Quotation & Service Evaluation
Our team reviews the submitted details to evaluate the scope of work and issues a transparent, non-binding service quotation specifying the estimated service duration and pricing.
Step 3: Deposit Payment & Appointment Confirmation
To secure the scheduled on-site appointment, a non-refundable deposit is payable in advance via our secure checkout. Upon receipt of the deposit, the service date and time window are officially confirmed.
Step 4: On-Site Execution
Our professional organizers arrive at the designated location at the agreed service time to execute the agreed spatial planning and organization plan.
Step 5: Completion & Final Balance Payment
Upon completion of the on-site service and customer walkthrough, the remaining balance of the service fee is due immediately on-site or via our secure payment portal.
- Service Times & Operational Hours
Standard Service Hours: On-site organization and spatial planning services are performed Monday through Friday between 08:00 and 18:00 Central European Time (CET/CEST), excluding public holidays in the Federal Republic of Germany.
Response & Processing Time: Customer inquiries and quotation evaluations are processed within 48 hours during regular business days.
Service Duration: The estimated duration of each on-site session is defined in the individual service quotation. Additional hours requested on-site are subject to prior agreement and applicable hourly rates.
- Statutory Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation Terms
As a consumer residing within the European Union, you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection laws and German civil law (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB), subject to the following terms:
Withdrawal Period: You have the right to withdraw from this service contract within fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract without giving any reason.
Exercising Withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nestvisitplan, Address: Wilhelm-Busch-Str. 12, 30938, Burgwedel, Email: plan@nestvisitplan.com) of your clear decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement.
Premature Expiration of Withdrawal Rights: For service contracts, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if Nestvisitplan has fully performed the service, provided that the performance began after the consumer gave explicit prior consent and simultaneously confirmed their knowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed by the provider.
Cancellation Prior to Service Execution: If you cancel an appointment outside the statutory withdrawal period or later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time, the advance deposit remains retained to cover allocated operational scheduling and resource reservation costs.
