- Service Workflow and Booking Process
Our services are delivered through a multi-step structured workflow:
Initial Inquiry & Information Submission: You submit a service request via our online form on www.nestvisitplan.com outlining your specific spatial organization needs.
Consultation & Proposal: Based on the submitted details, we communicate directly with you to assess requirements, determine project scope, and issue a customized service proposal and quotation.
Deposit Payment & Scheduling: Upon mutual agreement on the project scope and fee structure, a non-refundable initial deposit is required to confirm and secure your service booking time slot.
On-Site Execution: Our team performs the agreed-upon spatial planning and organization services on-site at your designated premises.
Final Settlement: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the on-site service rendered.
- Pricing, Payments, and Billing Terms
Currency and Quotes: All prices quoted in individual service proposals are presented in Euros (€) .
Payment Terms: Payment of the initial deposit is required prior to project commencement. Final balance payments must be settled upon project completion as outlined in your individual invoice.
Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely online via standard digital payment methods supported on our Website. All payment transactions are protected using industry-standard technical security protocols.
- Client Obligations and Preparation
To enable proper execution of the agreed service, the Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information during the initial consultation and assessment form submission.
Provide our staff with safe, uninterrupted access to the designated property and target spaces at the scheduled time.
Secure and store away all valuable personal items, cash, financial documents, confidential materials, and personal heirlooms prior to the arrival of our service team.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule an appointment by notifying us in writing at plan@nestvisitplan.com at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Cancellations: In the event of client cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled service, the initial deposit shall be retained to cover administrative and scheduling allocation costs.
- Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Policy)
If you are contracting as a consumer residing within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date of contract conclusion.
Execution of Right: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear written statement sent by email to plan@nestvisitplan.com.
Early Performance Waiver: If you explicitly request that the performance of services commence during the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge and agree that you forfeit your statutory right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If the service is partially performed prior to cancellation, an proportional fee corresponding to the work completed will remain payable.

Limitation: We accept liability for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence in accordance with statutory regulations. Liability for ordinary negligence is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
